We are offering in vitro ‘human’ ‘respiratory’ models, based on our proprietary human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived alveolar and airway tissue/organoid engineering, that offer volume and throughput coupled with reliability and reproducibility, and, critically, human-relevance. We mix and match the iPSC-derived cellular components of lung to model relevant cell-to-cell interactions. By offering our models through CRO services as well as cell-in-plate tissue plates, we aspire to help overcome the comparatively limited success rate in the respiratory therapeutics area as well as the difficulty in predicting lung toxicity including interstitial pneumonia. “Human(e) resolution for respiratory health.”
